GUMC Preschool is dedicated to providing a loving Christian learning environment open to students of all faiths that develops caring, responsible children who are not only ready for kindergarten, but are curious and creative life-long learners.

​It is the desire of GUMC Preschool to provide a safe and loving environment that will foster an atmosphere of learning.  We are concerned about the development of the whole child and so we provide opportunities for children to grow physically, intellectually, spiritually, socially and emotionally through developmentally appropriate best practice. Our Responsive Classrooms include engaging and challenging hands-on curriculum supported by many opportunities to learn through play. We believe each child has unique strengths, needs, interests and learning styles and should be treated with respect as an individual.  Our desire is for each child to develop and experience the feelings of love and understanding that instill self-confidence while exploring and discovering the world around them.  We believe above all, that each child should be provided the opportunity to develop as a happy, healthy, well-adjusted individual who extends kindness and respect toward others.
